1. Returns

  • Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges
